We are seeking a reliable, customer-service-focused individual to join our team as a cannabis patient consultant at our medical marijuana clinic in Boynton Beach. This is a full-time position offering approximately 40 hours per week, a starting pay of $20.00 per hour, and an excellent benefits package, including 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible full-time employees.

The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Responsibilities include assisting patients with Florida medical marijuana state registration, completing and processing paperwork, answering phones, scheduling appointments, delivering exceptional customer service, and educating patients about the Florida Medical Marijuana Program. Strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.

We are looking for someone who is interested in building a long-term career with opportunities for advancement. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Previous experience in a medical office, medical marijuana dispensary, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is a plus, but not required.

Applicants must be available to work five days per week, including weekdays and weekends, with typical hours between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Candidates should live in or very near the Boynton Beach area and possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, outstanding reliability, and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
