Oversee inventory audits and dispensing operations.Inventory Monitoring: Assist with inventory forecasting, product intake, and maintaining systems for regulatory reporting and sales analysis.What You’ll Bring:An active Pharmacy License in the state you’re applying for.Strong knowledge of the retail and pharmacy landscape.A passion for patient care and the medical cannabis industry.Effective communication skills at all levels inside and outside the organization.Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to address concerns professionally.Flexibility with scheduling, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, use hands and finger to feel, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 25 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, and lift up to 25 pounds. This position requires close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less).Work Environment:This job operates in a professional retail environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, POS systems, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
